The Voltcraft (i.e. Hantek) model 2090 DSO can be used on the Mac in combination with Oleg Khudyakov&#8217;s HantekDSO (Linux) software.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\nHaving KDE installed anyway, here is an example of what KDE looks like on the iMac.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/www.chaosgeordend.nl\/mt-blog-cg\/images\/HantekDSO_KDE.jpg\" rel=\"lightbox[29]\"><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.chaosgeordend.nl\/mt-blog-cg\/images\/thumbnails\/HantekDSO_KDE.jpg\" alt=\"QCad.png\" align=\"left\" border=\"0\" hspace=\"6\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.syscompdesign.com\/DSO101.html\">Syscompdesign<\/a> has a simple DSO and OSS software that works on OS X. The 2MHz bandwith I consider too low for my use though.<\/p>\n<p>In search for other suitable DSO&#8217;s I found none other. What I did find was the <a href=\"https:\/\/freshmeat.net\/projects\/hantekdso\">HantekDSO<\/a> package from Oleg K. This opens up the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hantek.com\/en\">Hantek<\/a> (Voltcraft and the like) DSO for use under Linux.
